With years of experience at the Fasano Group, chef Zé Branco now runs the Fasano Trancoso Restaurant, which overlooks the sea and combines seafood with the tradition of Italian cuisine, the brand's DNA, as well as offering typical local dishes, such as shrimp bobó and moqueca.
Also open to non-guests upon prior reservation.
